Ludact, a Brazilian game studio, is thrilled to announce its upcoming VR title, My Monsters.
Offering a deeply immersive experience with its 100% hand-painted art, My Monsters transports players to the fantastical and surreal world of Onirium. This action-adventure puzzle game invites players to a journey that will test their intellect and emotions.
My Monsters is an exploration into the depths of human emotion. With Moti, your inner monster, by your side, the game explores themes like anxiety, fear, and loneliness throughout the narrative. Together, player and Moti will face dangerous enemies, solve challenging puzzles, and overcome daunting challenges, fostering a unique bond through empathy and courage.
Announcement Trailer:
As the developers behind UNBINARY, their debut VR game launched in 2022, the studio is leveraging that expertise to develop the immersive world of My Monsters.
“Everyone has their own monsters, but how should we deal with them? Avoid, try to hide, or face them? My Monsters emerged with this thought. What if you had to team up with your monsters and keep your fears under control?” said Egon Ribeiro, from Ludact.
Key Features of My Monsters:
“The cooperative gameplay mechanic, where players interact directly with the environment and guide Moti through various challenges, fosters a deep sense of empathy and connection, improving even more the immersion through Virtual Reality.” stated Egon.
